Apt 6 is a 2 room but very spacious with very nice terrace, the rest are all 3 rooms. High ceilings. One room in each apt is also the security room. A/c of course as well as under floor heating. Lovely kitchen cabinets and closets.
Large windows and lots of natural light., so all there… parking of course. Lovely grounds. Quiet.
Priced at $2750 for the 3 room apts, $2500 for the large 2 room. Owner would love to rent out all the apartments to an embassy or other international organization or one of our universities. This would be helpful when you need flats that are always available for your staff and personnel, or even for visiting guests. I am sure there will be room for negotiation.
